Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and be part of Global Innovation office which is focused on accelerating proving business value of an idea or innovation opportunity to justify future investments or defer the opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple cross-functional teams on various projects both using Agile and Hybrid methods. 
• Analyze and translate opportunities/problem statements into tangible, measurable solutions.
• Actively remove or facilitate the removal of impediments that block the progress of the department’s deliverables.
• Support and educate the sprint squads to ensure the sprint methodology is understood and outcomes are achieved.
• Lead planning sessions to establish scope and benefit identification.
• Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures
• Foster team accountability while ensuring the continual flow of high-quality value from the sprints.
• Ensure that projects follow standard operating policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Exhibits a goal-driven aptitude to take on stretch goals. 
• Working in collaboration with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a pragmatic approach, and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation.
• Creativity in problem-solving and communicating.
• Self-motivated work ethic, managing activities throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Pay attention to team needs and pivot their approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.
• Ensure diversity, equality and inclusion are applied and respected in all behaviors and actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in working with technology teams in a Project Management, Scrum Master, and Team Lead Capacity.
• Direct experience in working with Cloud teams or Artificial Intelligence or software development teams including automation initiatives.
• Infrastructure Engineering or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Experience in managing and working with Squads covering end-to-end delivery lifecycles:

• Scrum Master heading towards being a Scrum Coach
