We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager - technical to ideate, build and scale foundational capabilities CX solutions for Central Shopping Experience team. The candidate should be a passionate leader with high ownership, capable of influencing key stakeholders in India and globally to drive the product thinking and vision. You will work with multiple partner teams such as Machine Learning, Software Development, WW stakeholders to drive and execute initiatives for our customers. You will also be working with teams globally to scale our solutions to relevant needs in other geographies with significant global impact, while maintaining a high bar on quality and speed of delivery.

Key job responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager - Tech will be responsible for building and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives cutting across geographies. They will need to identify key themes, align on top priorities with country leaders, and work with Tech and WW teams to deliver impact across multiple countries.

About the team

Amazon IES Shopping experience team owns the charter for defining the shopping experience across key country and category needs for Amazons emerging markets. We are a large product organization solving key customer problems through Customer Insights, Tech development and Machine Learning capabilities. We work backwards of emerging customer needs and build solutions to scale these globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelors degree
  2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  3. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  4. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  5. Experience managing technical products or online services
  6. Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  2. Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
