Role Summary

Senior People Analytics Partner will join Adobe’s Employee Experience organization, reporting to the Director of Analytics Business Partnering. This is an extremely exciting time to join this team as the main POC in EMEA. This role will focus on Analytics Business Partnering for the EMEA region and engage in cross-functional projects globally. This is a highly impactful and cross-functionally connected role.

What you’ll do

  1. Build and own relationships with stakeholders, and serve as their main point of contact to the People Analytics team.
  2. Consult with HRBPs, HR COEs, & leaders across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives.
  3. Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, and conduct analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions.
  4. Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges.
  5. Conduct statistical analyses on complex data to answer key business questions.
  6. Explore, prototype and iterate on insights from internal data and research.
  7. Partner with research, data science, and business intelligence members of the People Analytics team on complex analyses, modelling, and data transformation.
  8. Author presentations and communicate results of analyses to non-analytical audiences in a way that drives impact and decision-making.
  9. Influence the People Analytics Roadmap by advocating for high-impact HR initiatives and sharing business context with Adobe’s global People Analytics team.
  10. Translate business requirements into technical reporting/BI requirements for BI projects, partner with BI team on wireframing, testing and rollout of reporting/BI solutions.
  11. Champion proper data handling to maintain privacy, confidentiality, and ethics standards.

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience working in HR, ideally in People Analytics, and/or consulting to organizations.
  • Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to interpret, explain and answer questions about data analysis and results, conduct basic statistical analyses).
  • Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results.
  • Strong understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices.
  • Strong ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Python or R skills proficiency (preferred but not essential).
