As a Senior National Account Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic account planning for major retailers, creating and delivering high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that meet both customer and DCS objectives
  • Take ownership of sales and profitability targets for top retail accounts, maximising category growth through insight-driven recommendations and flawless execution
  • Build, nurture, and expand high-level relationships across Commercial, Buying, and Category teams within each retailer, driving mutual success
  • Leverage data analysis and category insights to influence assortment, promotional strategies, and shelf positioning in line with each retailer's goals
  • Monitor account health, manage budgets, and provide ongoing insights to refine and adapt strategies that ensure DCS’s continued success in the retail space


What you’ll bring to DCS:

  • Proven experience managing major retail accounts in FMCG, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills, combined with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex account planning
  • A deep understanding of retail trends, data-driven strategy, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact initiatives
