Day to day Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency Collaborate with teams from various departments to identify data requirements and develop strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security Lead the creation and execution of data analytics tools and platforms to deliver valuable insights to team members. Keep informed about current industry trends and effective strategies in data management and analytics to consistently enhance processes and capabilities. About you Extensive background in a senior data management role in data science, analytics, and statistical analysis emphasizing data governance, data quality, and data analytics. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results. Proven evidence to stay ahead of industry trends, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the data science team. Proficiency in data management technologies and tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a strong interest in utilizing data for achieving business objectives.
