Join a Leading business with a collaborative Legal Team where you will be the Senior Lawyer reporting to the General Counsel.


Are you an experienced In-House Legal Counsel (at least 4 years PQE) looking for a dynamic, broad-based role in a successful and long established market-leading business? This is your chance to take on a key position within a supportive, collaborative team while handling diverse legal matters and playing a leading role in improving systems and driving innovation. You must be experienced in making key decisions, balancing risk and commercial realities and be able to work collaboratively across the business. Existing In-House experience is an absolute pre-requisite for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of legal matters for the business, with a primary focus on commercial contracts
  • Oversee and advise on project work, litigation, compliance and M&A activities
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of legal professionals who support you in all areas of corporate and commercial law (excluding property and employment, which are outsourced)
  • Build close working relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation.
