As part of an ambitious expansion plan, they are looking to grow their team over the next three years with new hires at all levels.

The Opportunity: Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in digital, data, and technology.

This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex data-driven projects and leading teams to success.

This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies in cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and Machine Learning.

Key Duties: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners.

Lead project planning, resource allocation, supplier and subcontractor management, and regular progress updates.

Deliver presentations and project updates to senior leadership, including CXO-level executives.

Oversee the management of service-related revenue targets, including developing pipelines, assessing risks, and forecasting resources.

Monitor project progress, ensuring that quality, reliability, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.

Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that goals and objectives are achieved on time.

Coordinate project staffing, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and available.

Keep all stakeholders informed of project developments by preparing and delivering regular reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes where necessary.

Manage ongoing service engagements and seek opportunities to generate additional revenue through continued client relationships.

Ensure the successful delivery of analytics initiatives by maintaining strong engagement with clients.

Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders and executives, building trust and credibility.

Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly within data management and transformation.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, achieving consensus and delivering results.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong ability to prioritise.

Strong skills in negotiation, facilitation, and delivering presentations.

Competence in analysing and resolving project and customer challenges.

Experience in managing project budgets and assessing financial performance.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Technical and Personal Attributes: A reliable and trusted advisor with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in standard project management methodologies, with flexibility to adapt to client preferences, including agile frameworks.

Solid understanding of the benefits of data analytics and the ability to drive value through these projects.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills: Experience with analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, IBM Watson, Tableau, and Power BI.

Understanding of DevOps tools, including Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience working with Cloud Service Providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Proficiency in French would be an advantage.
