Senior GenAI Specialist
Purpose: Senior GenAI Specialist to accelerate our AI Workforce Enablement program
Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a visionary mindset, exceptional strategic planning skills, and will be a Gen AI specialist with real-world experience in driving Agentic AI adoption at scale.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can ideate, articulate, and execute a compelling vision for making Copilot the new Google within the business - not just for searching for information but also for taking actions on employees' behalf.
The candidate will be responsible for constructing a comprehensive roadmap, defining groundbreaking use cases, and impressing current executives with innovative, forward-thinking solutions. Additionally, they will serve as the face of the project, leveraging their marketing and consulting expertise to promote and advocate for the vision externally.

This is a senior leadership role within the Transform AI team, with a primary focus on defining and launching this vision and roadmap within a 1-3 month period while upskilling the GenAI Product team.
Key Responsibilities· Develop and articulate a visionary roadmap for transforming Copilot into the new Google within the business, extending beyond information retrieval to include actionable functionalities.· Identify and define high-impact use cases that will captivate and impress company executives.· Collaborate closely with the Transform AI team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the vision.· Serve as the outward-facing spokesperson for the project, leveraging marketing and consulting skills to promote and advocate for the vision externally.· Provide leadership and guidance to the GenAI Product team, ensuring they are upskilled and equipped to support the vision's execution.· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications and Experience· Proven experience as a Gen AI specialist with real-world experience in driving Agentic AI adoption at scale.· Proven experience in leading transformative projects and developing strategic roadmaps.· Strong visionary and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of successfully executing complex projects.· Exceptional marketing and consulting acumen, with the ability to effectively promote and advocate for innovative solutions.· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to impress and influence senior executives.· Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields is highly desirable.· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
