Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong proficiency in Computer Vision and experience managing managers to work in sports analytics.

Tech Stack:Python, PyTorch Lightning, Deepstream, C++, Kubernetes, NVIDIA Jetson

Although mainly managerial, this role will have somehands-onelements!

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead innovation, advancing engineering practices, and leveraging cutting-edge computer vision and deep learning technologies in cloud and edge deployments.
• Define and execute a customer-driven long-term vision, creating roadmaps and fostering cross-team collaboration on complex projects.
• Blend technical expertise, product focus, and business insight to shape the future of sports technology and deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop a research agenda balancing short-term goals with long-term investments.
• Oversee technical development to optimize team outcomes, delivering scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Hire and mentor top talent, guiding both technical and career growth for Applied Scientists and Engineers.

Requirements:

• Hands-on computer vision experience! (Non negotiable)
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful products.
• Proven track record of managing teams of Applied Scientists and ML Engineers andmanaging managers.
• Expertise in developing, operating, and monitoring AI/ML models and systems at scale.
• Strong background in areas such as machine vision (both classical and deep learning), multi-view geometry, GPU optimization, edge inference, foundational models, real-time systems, and event detection.
• Excellent at conveying complex technical ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Experience applying AI/ML to generate data or insights in sports is a huge plus.
