The role

You’ll take full ownership of model development, building and deploying ML models that directly influence decisions across underwriting, fraud, and customer conversion. It’s hands-on, end-to-end, and you’ll be working with both structured and unstructured data in a fast-moving, collaborative team.

What we’re looking for

Strong Python (pandas, sklearn, etc.) and advanced SQL
Experience building behavioural or credit models
Solid understanding of ML algorithms (not just how to run them)
Clear communicator across tech and non-tech teams
Awareness of data drift and model monitoring
Amazing visualization skills; ideas need to land
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

Bonus points for

Credit card or consumer finance experience
Exposure to deep learning (Keras, TensorFlow)
Git, Tableau, Bitbucket
Master’s in Data Science or similar
