Salary: £70,000 + 10% bonus

London - 3 days a week in office

Join a dynamic team of Data Scientists working on high-impact, commercially driven machine learning models to improve customer experience in the retail space.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely within a team, to design and build models across churn propensity, clustering and NLP
• Working in an established team, with a good level of Seniors to learn from and juniors to mentor
• Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings
• Working directly with the client to drive actionable insights

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• MSc or BSc+ in STEM related subject
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in propensity modelling is required
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
• Customer modelling experience, with clear impact and value added shown on CV
