The department operate a bit like an internal consultancy and rotate between different departments, supporting the end to end development of machine learning & data science products for the business.What you’ll be doingAs a Senior Data Scientist you’ll be assigned a business unit and will get to know their processes and challenges deeply. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and then formulate ML driven solutions. You’ll work from ideation through to deployment and will have a good degree of autonomy in terms of the solutions you’ll provide. You’ll rotate into different business units after a period of time, so you can keep your work varied and get to know other areas in the business. Working in a very established and mature function, you’ll have the support of exceptional leaders who will guide your development and help you with your success.
