An Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, including 1-2 years in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) development and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer behavior analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, with domain knowledge in marketing, customer, digital, and commercial sectors. Strong project management and people management skills are also essential.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in data science, especially in Generative AI and LLM development and evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience in customer behavior analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, focusing on customer experience.
  • Experience in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and LLMs for various use cases.
  • Ability to develop and implement machine learning models, including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models.
  • Experience working with diverse data sets such as transactional, digital, social, and loyalty data.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for data science and machine learning.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable solutions.
  • Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivering AI/ML POCs, MVPs, and production solutions.
  • People management skills, including mentoring and developing team members.

It Would Be a Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in primary growth sectors such as Consumer Products & Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI development.
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and data science.
  • A curious mindset and interest in the latest AI, machine learning, and data science advancements.
