Role– Senior Data Engineer

Salary– Up to £100k

Location– London - Hybrid/Remote

A rapidly growing FinTech company are looking to add a Senior Data Engineer to their talented Data team. Having just secured Series C funding, they are in a hugely exciting period of growth as a business and growing out their data function.

In this position, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes and architectures as well as building and managing data warehouses. They are looking for someone who is skilled in building complex data frameworks.

The position is offering a basic salary up to£100,000depending on experience as well as, 25-day annual leave plus 1 extra day per year of service, a generous pension and much more;

The Successful Senior Data Engineer will have:

• Experience in the design and construction of AWS data engineering solutions
• Cloud Infrastructure experience - Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Strong knowledge of data orchestration tools - Airflow or Luigi
• Experience with Databricks and Spark
• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of NoSQL databases
• Exceptional stakeholder skills to work with a range of teams
• Previous experience of working to an Agile Framework

Desirable

• Knowledge of ML frameworks
• Experience in using search optimisers and data science tools
