The RoleLead in the development of the Data Delivery framework, working closely with the PMO to implement robust governance and financial controls tailored to the organisation's needs.Coach your team of Data Delivery Managers in agile ways of workingPromote strong collaboration between your team, the broader Data team, the COO team, and key stakeholders.Prioritise your team's tasks according to business requirements, emphasising the delivery of high-impact capabilities with minimal effort and dependencies. Manage the backlog and maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.Understand your stakeholders and establish excellent relationships and communication forums to deliver project communications and updates

What you will needDemonstrated experience in line managing/coaching Delivery Managers or Project ManagersFamiliarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative, etc.A solid understanding of key data domain areas, including data governance, architecture, modelling, engineering, delivery, quality, master data, and how data supports analytics, reporting, and business intelligenceInsurance/FS experience/regulatory industry experience preferableCapable of handling multiple tasks at onceSkilled at leading cross-functional teams to successfully complete projectsStrong negotiation, influencing, and networking skills
