Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis:Identify business challenges and translate them into comprehensive, actionable analyses to guide strategy.
• Consumer Insights:Design, develop, and manage complex survey research to uncover meaningful shopper and consumer behavior patterns.
• Data Lifecycle Management:Oversee data processes, from cleaning and analysis to advanced visualization and reporting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights.
• Predictive Modelling:Leverage statistical and machine learning techniques to model and predict consumer behavior, adding value to client engagements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, delivering insights that drive data-driven decisions.
• Optimization & Problem-Solving:Develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve consumer-focused business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Analytical Expertise:Demonstrable experience in handling and analysing large consumer datasets, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
• Research Acumen:Proficiency in designing, executing, and analysing online surveys and other consumer research methodologies.
• Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms). Experience with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is a plus.
• Strategic Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, compelling way to diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management:Adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering projects from conception to completion.
• Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with the FMCG sector, shopper behavior trends, and market research practices.
