What YoullDo

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Content Moderation Specialistto overseeand optimise our content moderation operations. This person will beresponsible for the quality of our content moderation operationsensuring high standards of content accuracy refining guidelines anddriving performance improvements. You will play a key role inkeeping our clients compliant by ensuring all content is reviewedaccurately and meets our contentguidelines.

Agencyrelationship

• Manage therelationship with external moderation agencies acting as the mainpoint of contact.
• Regularly evaluate agencyperformance based on established KPIs (cost accuracy turnaroundtimes).

ContentGuidelinesOwnership

• Maintainrefine and update content moderation guidelines to reflect changesin law company policies and industrystandards.
• Ensure clear communication ofguidelines to moderation teams andagencies.
• Stay uptodate with relevantregulations and trends in the adult industry regarding illegalcontent.
• Ensure guidelines are being adhered toacross all relevantstakeholders.

QualityAssurance &Training

• Own the QAprocess by conducting regular audits of content moderationdecisions made by external agencies.
• Review andassess moderation accuracy ensuring decisions align withestablished content guidelines and legalstandards.
• Identify patterns of errors orinconsistencies in moderation decisions and provide feedback toagencies to improve performance.
• Monitormoderation KPIs such as accuracy rates turnaround times andcompliance with guidelines.
• Design andimplement training programs for agencies to ensure moderators arewellequipped to make accuratedecisions.

ModerationAccuracy &KPIs

• Track and reporton the effectiveness and accuracy of content moderation using KPIssuch as error rates guideline adherence and processingtimes.
• Implement continuous improvementinitiatives based on QA findings and performanceanalysis.
• Work with the head of operations andother internal teams to refine strategies for better moderationoutcomes.

KeyQualifications

• Provenexperience in content moderation preferably in the adult industryor other sensitive content areas.
• Strongunderstanding of content moderation guidelines legal requirementsand trends related to illegal content in the adultindustry.
• Experience with Quality Assuranceprocesses training and implementing moderationKPIs.
• Experience working with external agenciesand managing vendor relationships a plus
• Strongorganisational and communication skills with the ability to workacross multiple teams anddepartments.
• Analytical mindset with theability to interpret performance data and make datadrivendecisions.

ContentModerationExpertise:

• Extensiveexperience in content moderation with a strong understanding ofonline content guidelines including those specific to the adultindustry (or similarly regulatedindustries).
• Prior experience working withexternal moderation agencies with demonstrated ability to managevendor relationships evaluate their performance and optimise basedon cost quality and efficiency. (bonuspoints)

IndustrySpecificKnowledge:

• Knowledgeoflegal and compliance issuesinonline content moderation particularly related to illegal andexplicit content. If possible familiarity with platforms that dealwith usergenerated content(UGC).

QualityAssurance (QA) andTraining:

• Handsonexperience conducting QA for content moderation including reviewingand auditing decisions made by external moderators oragencies.
• Solid background in setting up andmanaging QA processes for moderation teams (internal and external)ensuring consistent and accurate application of contentguidelines.
• Ability to provide detailedfeedback and training to moderation teams to enhance performanceensuring high accuracy across all contentreviews.
• Ability to implement and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) related to moderation accuracyefficiency and timeliness.(bonuspoints)

Teamand StakeholderManagement:

• Experiencecollaborating closely with moderation teams technical teams andcustomer facingstakeholders.
