As a global leader we're looking for a Staff Consultant (Senior Consultant) to drive success as part of our Medicine Management consulting team. Join us and create the future.

What you will do

As a Staff Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with our clients on workflows, as well as facilitating design decisions to ensure that key project milestones are met. By coaching the client on the completion of data collection, this will ensure alignment with design decisions and that it is reflective of optimum solution build implementation. You will cultivate a client relationship that will ensure value achievement, as well as collaborating with the project management team to identify, resolve and report solution status, risks and issues.

You will be part of a dynamic team in which collaborative working will be paramount. As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.

Responsibilities

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of overall experience relevant to the role
• Experience in consulting on Medicine Management

Preferred experience

• Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting or support work experience
• Software implementation experience
• Cerner Millennium experience

Expectations

• Willing to travel to client sites within the UK as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
