The Sales Strategy and Operations Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting our Banking & Capital Markets business unit by partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic priorities, develop long-term go-to-market strategies, and implement effective operational processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to their business leader, this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Your Impact

  1. Partner with senior leaders to ensure go-to-market strategies align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build strong relationships across teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions, to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and alignment on key goals.
  3. Own all aspects of sales operational excellence, including forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.
  4. Execute go-to-market strategies, including account planning and target setting, to increase market share and customer engagement.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational innovation and sustainable growth.
  6. Develop tools and dashboards in collaboration with the Analytics and Data Science teams that deliver actionable insights to improve decision-making, forecasting, and performance.

Requirements

  1. Confident working in a greenfield environment with rapidly shifting leadership priorities.
  2. Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and results.
  3. Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations within a sales or go-to-market function.
  4. Demonstrated experience leading or collaborating across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance). Ideally, the candidate has experience managing cross-functional projects.
  5. Solid experience optimizing sales or operational processes, including automating workflows and improving go-to-market execution.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace).
  7. Expertise in performance tracking and forecasting, especially in sales environments.
  8. Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Preferred Requirements

  1. You’ve worked in the banking and capital markets industry and understand key industry concepts.
  2. Passion and interest in Blockchain, DeFi & Web3.
