We are therefore looking for anexperienced agency navigator to exponentially accelerate ourrelationships with a select group agencies. In this role, you willleverage your existing network (and create new) key contacts tosolidify MiQ’s relationships with these agency stakeholders andtheir associated clients. To achieve this objective, you will workclosely with global and UK stakeholders at MiQ, with the support ofthe Group Agency Director, EVP, Global Sales and the wider MiQInternational Team, based in London. As an Agency Partner in theInternational Sales team, you’ll have the chance to: DeliverNumbers: * Consistently achieve personal sales targets and deliverrevenue/profit numbers for your group. * Management andresponsibility of pipeline and accurate forecasting across theentirety of the sales process. * A robust and diligent approach toqualifying revenue opportunities that will contribute to individualand team goals. Plan and Organise: * Create, lead and implement asales strategy for your agencies and clients, in collaboration withyour International and UK counterparts. * Establish clear projectscope, understanding the brief/solution requirements and managingkey milestones to meet multiple deadlines. * Support internationalleadership in their trading reviews and other initiatives withheads of departments within your group. Communicate: * Develop,maintain and manage relationships within the International/Globalteams within advertising agencies and clients through a strong andconsultative relationship, built on trust and service. * Workclosely with Product and UK / Global Sales teams, to assist andsupport agency & client opportunities through clear clientidentification. * Collaborate and communicate with otherdepartments within the business – Account Management, Trading, DataScience, Product and Solutions. Persuade and Influence: * Own therelationships with agency International teams across all levels *Use excellent communication skills to build award-winning solutionsand presentations, which impact business choices and answerbusiness challenges. Understand the Product: * Through proactiveplanning and collaboration, construct a simplified, engaging andimpactive narrative via great storytelling, technical explanationand proposal articulation. * Proactively uncover and identifybusiness wide or media issues, * Curate, innovate and articulate anend-to-end multi-market solution, from briefing stage to effectivedelivery and execution. Required Experience: * Digital experienceworking and selling programmatic/digital solutions acrossInternational / Global teams. * Vast and diversified network ofcontacts across International/Global teams who you can leverageimmediately, to support your growth efforts. * Experienced inproactively identifying sales opportunities and appropriate ‘go tomarket’ sales strategy * Experience guiding client briefs andapplicable products on a multi-market basis (understanding ofnuances between markets is key!) * Experience collaborating withinan agency or media owner at a senior level * Programmatic/analyticsled solutions experience would be preferable, but not essential. *Proven track-record of consistently delivering revenue targets *Experience in delivering new business winning proposals and revenuethrough agency engagement. * Experience in presenting programmaticsolutions to mid- senior agency personnel and teams. * Hunger &desire to scale and grow, as an individual, part of a team and‘share of voice’ across your agency territory.
