Role Overview

We are seeking a senior AI Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core AI systems from the ground up
• Shape our AI strategy and technology stack
• Develop innovative AI features leveraging various methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, traditional ML)
• Design and implement data strategies for AI development and training
• Explore and apply diverse AI techniques to solve complex problems
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating their potential for our use cases
• Lay the groundwork for future AI capabilities and team expansion

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of deep expertise in AI/ML software development
• 3+ years building and deploying machine learning models
• 2+ years working with LLMs
• Strong command of Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with various AI approaches (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, computer vision)
• Knowledge of data collection, preparation, and management for AI
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in designing AI systems for real-world applications
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools
• Track record of building AI products from 0 to 1 in startup environments
