We are looking for aSenior Engineer with a passion for AI and deep technical expertiseto join our new AI Labs team in London. Youll lead a team of AIengineers driving technical excellence in designing and developinginnovative AIbased solutions to our brands core strategicchallenges.

Reporting to our Innovation Lead youwill bring your technical experience and creativity to help designtest and prototype AI solutions that enhance efficiency increaseproductivity and create new avenues for growth across Next15.

As a Senior AIEngineer at Next 15 youwill:

• Leadand inspire a team of engineers focused on AIrelatedprojects

• Collaborate withdiverse teams to define AI project scopes technical requirementsand architecture

• Drive thedevelopment of AIpowered solutions ensuring alignment with businessobjectives industry best practices and newtechnologies

• Advisetechnical teams across brands on AI development and bestpractices

• Support theimplementation of AI solutions and technologies for enhancedefficiency productivity and innovation across the Group and ourbrands.

• Lead from the fronttaking ownership of development giving handson support in codingdebugging and problemsolving to meet projectgoals

• Stay informed aboutthe latest advancements in AI technologies and propose cuttingedgeinnovative solutions to stay on the frontier ofdevelopment

• Focus onexperimentation and rapid prototyping identifying the hardest partof any problem and solving thatfirst

• Provide technicalguidance and support to our team of engineers to continue to growour capability as a centre of excellence within Next 15 for AIdevelopment.

Youwill bring:

• Adegree in computer science engineering AI or an ITrelatedsubject

• Leadershipexperience within a developmentteam

• Proficiency inprogramming languages relevant to AI such as Python R orJava

• Deep and provenunderstanding of AI algorithms GenAI machine learning naturallanguage processing and dataanalysis

• Experience withAI/ML frameworks and libraries e.g TensorFlowPyTorch

• Knowledge of cloudplatforms e.g AWS Azure and their AIrelatedservices

• Experience withsuccessful resolution of AIspecific technicalchallenges
