Your primary objective will be to ensure the safety of our personnel, assets, and sensitive information, while maintaining compliance with all relevant government regulations and standards. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and systems.Key Responsibilities:Assist the company in gaining FSC and IPSA accreditation, working closely with the project and management teams. This will include regulatory compliance with all aspects of physical security, information security and security assurance.Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of facility security.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and incidents. This will include conducting regular security audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.Ensure the company remains current with any changes in FSC policy or procedure, implementing and updating company policies and guidance as required.Support and collaborate with the Personnel Security Controller on all vetting requirements for UK projects, making sure the company complies with SAL constraints.Assist with the implementation of the Security Awareness campaign and ensure all employees are engaged with security training, advice and guidance.QualificationsExperience:Proven experience as a Secure Facility Controller or similar role in a government regulated environment.Extensive Government and regulatory security and information security experience.High level of knowledge of Security related legislation and its application to the industry.Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proactive attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.DISA: The Role of the Security Controller would be desirable.Working knowledge of Risk management and ISO27001.Additional informationBenefits include:Hybrid working model with some flexible working25days holidayPrivate Medical Health care via VitalityPension contribution, Life AssuranceProfessional certifications supported as part of learning and development.A range of retail discounts to enhance your lifestyle, encompassing restaurants, supermarkets, travel, leisure activities and health and well-being services.Access to our Employee Resource Groups, our groups represent diverse backgrounds and provide a platform for colleagues to connect, learn, and support one another.Company informationAt Netcompany, we pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit and our capacity for doing things differently.
