About the team

& roleThe Search Model Data Team is responsible for managing data labeling projects covering over 20 countries/regions and 18 languages. The data labeled will be provided to the R&D team, the R&D team will apply human labeled data to train and test algorithm models for various search business segments, helping to optimize the search engine, launch new features and improve user experience when using the search function on our platform. By thoroughly understanding the project background and model optimization direction as well as combining business experience and localized market characteristics, The Search Model Data Team is responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the entire project life cycle, including formulate project planning and labeling strategies/SOP, forecast resource and manpower, promote the implementation of labeling guidelines, and ensure the project delivery result. Responsibilities-Perform as the product operations role; Manage the operation of labeling projects that deliver training/testing data for machine learning models, with the ultimate goal of optimising users' search results. -Work as the project owner; undertake various tasks throughout the entire project life cycle.-Review and reconcile the demands received to formulate customised project management plans and design proper relevant SOPs. -Manage and work closely with the global data delivery team; supervise the implementation of project mechanism, data delivery and quality assurance.-Conduct ROI analysis and regular review based on the model performance of machine learning models. -Foresee possible risks, prepare necessary risk management procedures and react to unexpected issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.- Work experience in search engines and social media platforms; Former experience in Search relevant business.-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media within a high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications:-Proficiency ( both written and verbal) in Italian and full proficiency in English due to working with the Italian and EN/ GB market.-Proven experience in cross functional work and stakeholder management.-Experience in analysis and communication skills with a good sense of flexibility.-Proficient in project management, project operation, or familiarity with users' Internet usage habits.-Quick learner, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure.
