This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure data is accurately collected, processed, and analysed.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Management Gather, clean, and organise data from multiple sources to support analytical needs.Assist in designing and maintaining a data lake to aggregate and store large datasets.Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.Use statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to interpret complex data sets.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Advanced Analytics: Utilise machine learning and predictive modelling techniques to enhance data analysis.Contribute to the development of predictive models and algorithms to drive business decisions.Participate in the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow dashboards according to DORA 4 metrics.
