Core responsibilities:

• Designing and documenting solutions for clients and liaising with the team
• Building solutions for complex projects
• Assisting the pre-sales team by helping to define statements on an ad-hoc basis
• Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications and lead the integration with external systems using APIs, middleware, and custom development.
• Involved in helping to shape the declarative standards the delivery team uses
• Involved in architect sessions for the delivery team to solve more complex issues
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, new releases, and AppExchange solutions to continuously improve the technical architecture and business processes.
• Depending on previous experience, this role could be a people manager if previous experience is available or willing to learn how to manage individuals

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience configuring/managing Salesforce and delivering Salesforce projects involving Financial Services Cloud
• Salesforce Admin (ADM201), Advanced Admin, either Sales or Service cloud consultant and any of the architect certificates
• Strong experience working with Flows in Salesforce
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience managing discovery sessions with stakeholders/clients
