We are looking for multiple highly skilled Sales Operations Analysts to oversee and optimize our sales operations across key retail accounts.

Overview of the role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the primary resource for driving revenue and margin through effective demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, and trend analysis. You will analyze data, monitor business trends, and implement strategic action plans to ensure business success. We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in multiple roles within sales and demand planning. Experience with major retailers across EMEA is highly preferred.

Work Arrangement:This is a hybrid role, employees will be required to work from the office 3 times per week, 2 days from home.

The exciting things you will be involved in: 

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance for assigned retail accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customer-specific needs, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet both customer and company expectations.Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly generate and analyze business performance reports, identify critical insights, and proactively address risks and opportunities.Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals, collaborating with sales analysts to create accurate shipment and inventory forecasts.Demand Planning: Work closely with customer demand planning teams, the sales director/account manager, and sales analysts on forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead monthly forecasting sessions with customers and internal SharkNinja teams. Participate in the annual financial budget planning process.Operational Excellence: Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy and attainment to fulfill commitments to both the organization and retail partners. Oversee order coordination with the supply chain, managing availability dates with customers.Promotional Planning: Input and manage confirmed promotional plans in SFO, maintaining the promotional calendar with internal and external sales analysts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales director/account manager and sales analysts to prepare customer presentations, monthly business reviews, budget reviews, and POS reports.Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the kitchen and floor care product categories, including consumer preferences and competitive dynamics.Project Management:Lead special projects focused across EMEA business growth and operational optimization.Product Launches: Oversee the execution of UK product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and timely market introduction.

What you will bring to SharkNinja: 

Analytical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and process automation is a bonus but not required.Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze retail sales data, anticipate market trends, and make strategic recommendations to drive business growth.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to various audiences.Project Management: Experience in managing projects or initiatives, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve issues efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or retail operations within the consumer products industry. Experience in roles within sales, demand planning, or similar fields, preferably with major retailers across EMEA. Past sales experience is preferred but not required.
