Position Overview: Weare seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our salesefforts in the UK. This role will focus primarily on partnermanagement (70%), complemented by direct sales (20%) and clientmanagement (10%). As a generalist, you will engage in a variety ofresponsibilities to ensure successful, lasting relationships withour clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in sales and a deep understanding of the UK market.Key Responsibilities: Partner Focus Approach: - Develop and managestrategic relationships with key partners. - Drive partner accountmanagement to maximize revenue and market reach. AccountManagement: - Oversee direct sales efforts, ensuring clientsatisfaction and retention. - Manage customer accounts, fosteringlong-term relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.Channel Account Management: - Implement and oversee channelstrategies to expand market presence. - Coordinate with channelpartners to align on sales goals and strategies. Direct Sales: -Lead direct sales initiatives, from lead generation to dealclosure. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overallrevenue growth. Collaboration & Strategy: - Work closely withmarketing, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive salesstrategy. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations tosenior management. Qualifications: - 4+ years of sales experience,with a focus on partner and account management. - Proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets and driving growth. - Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with the UKmarket and industry trends.
