Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK team. As an SDR at Resolve.io, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to help organizations automate IT operations and incident management.

In this role, you will gain in-depth exposure to the full sales cycle, learn about complex IT operations solutions, and have access to valuable mentorship and training. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, technical experts, and marketing teams, all while developing your skills in a high-growth industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Tailoring Resolve.io’ value proposition to specific target accounts based on their needs and challenges in IT automation.
  • Contact hundreds to thousands of leads weekly through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Leveraging sales tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom to optimize outreach and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting targeted outreach to engage potential customers, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Developing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, addressing pain points, and presenting solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and notes in our CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an SDR or BDR, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a relentless drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and effectiveness on the phone, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with potential customers through conversations.
  • A growth mindset, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative approach, thriving in a diverse, high-performance team.
  • Strong interest in technology and automation, with a desire to learn and grow.
