Lancashire Constabulary's Finance Division is seeking a Finance Assistant to be based at Hutton Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site.

A typical day is never the same, it can range from taking payments from customers, to dealing with officer/staff enquiries in relation to force policies and procedures.

The post has a vast range of tasks associated with it, including assisting the accountant in monitoring and maintaining a range of budgets including treatment of external funding and grants. Working co-operatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively and constructively to the achievement of the team and organisational objectives.

Please note that there is an option to complete the AAT under the apprenticeship scheme.
