Job summary:

As aRevenue Enablement Specialistat AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global go-to-market team by driving the success of our Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success team members. You will be the force behind building and refining programs that equip our sales and customer success teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across Sales, People & Culture, Product, Marketing, and C-level executives, giving you a chance to make a significant impact on our revenue growth strategy and gain unparalleled exposure to leadership in a fast-growing AI company.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and Implement Enablement Programs:Design and execute world-class enablement programs that align with business strategy, ensuring that team members possess the skills and knowledge to excel in a consultative, value-based sales methodology.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders:Partner with go-to-market leaders and stakeholders across departments to identify role-specific needs, create tailored enablement solutions, and drive alignment across sales and revenue teams.
  • Content Creation and Management:Create, update, and maintain onboarding and upskilling content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using our advanced sales tools and enablement tech stack.
  • Analyse and Optimise:Consistently measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through reports, surveys, and feedback from team members and managers. Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine enablement strategies.
  • Lead Training Initiatives:Oversee the coordination and delivery of training sessions that empower our teams to achieve their targets. Drive the adoption of best practices across sales and go-to-market teams.
  • Drive Consistency and Communication:Develop and execute a communication strategy that ensures consistency in messaging and alignment across various teams, fostering a cohesive go-to-market approach.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Problem-Solving Skills:You possess a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex customer issues, ensuring swift resolutions. 
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Technical Proficiency:Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software, enabling you to navigate and understand the AutogenAI platform. 
  • Effective Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both customers and internal teams.
  • Adaptability and Initiative:Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks, and take initiative to improve processes and customer experiences. 

Requirements

  • Experience:3+ years in a sales or revenue enablement leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Sales Knowledge:Previous experience with value-based, enterprise sales models and understanding of complex sales processes. 
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in using sales and enablement tools to create and deliver training programs. 
  • Project Management:Ability to scope complex projects, break them into manageable tasks, and execute against a work plan with precision. 
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and adapting enablement programs for different regions. 
  • Demonstrated success in scaling enablement programs in a fast-growing tech environment. 
  • Strong understanding of AI or SaaS technologies and the ability to deconstruct technical concepts into easily digestible training materials.
