Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilledRestaurant Managerwith a background in luxury hospitality and fine dining. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end restaurant operations, ideally within a Forbes Travel Guide-recognized environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently provides impeccable service and maintaining operational excellence throughout every aspect of the restaurant’s service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring service standards align with the hotel’s five-star reputation and Forbes Travel Guide expectations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service in line with luxury standards.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the menu and dining experience align with the hotel’s renowned standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects, including staff scheduling, inventory control, ordering, and cost management to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Continuously improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by implementing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Analyze restaurant performance, generate detailed reports, and provide insights to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Previous experience in a Forbes Travel Guide-rated or five-star hotel is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service techniques, luxury hospitality standards, and food and beverage operations.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with guests and staff alike.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and efficient environment.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
