Research Scientist Spatial Biology

You will be supporting the progression oftherapeutic molecules at early stages of research and generatingtranslational in vitro assays; to test novel therapeuticsinvestigate mechanisms of action and to identify novel therapeuticaxes.

InterestedFor this role were looking for the followingeducation experience andskills

• Extensiveexperience of tissue processing working with FFPE and frozentissues microtome and cryotome sectioning from a wide range ofhuman sample types.
• Extensive experience ofimmunofluorescence (IF) single/multi plexstaining
• Experience with special stainsimmunohistochemistry (IHC) and RNAscopeassays
• Experience with automated tissuestaining platforms.
• Ability to validate andoptimize novel antibodies forimmunohistochemistry
• Expertise in imageacquisition of tissue sections and subsequent image analysis usingcommercially availableplatforms/software.
• Handling human tissue anddeep understanding of the use of human tissue in the UK (HTAregulations) will be well received.
• Expertisein FAIR and ALCOA data integritypractices
