About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.


Introduction:

Our leading global investment bank seeks a highly motivated and experienced Research Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier Equity, Fixed Income and Macro analysts, providing essential support throughout the research authoring and distribution process and beyond.

Our 25-strong Analyst Hub Team, responsible for providing day to day authoring support to our Research analysts, sits within the global Research Business Operations team and operates out of three continents to provide 24/5 support to analysts.


As a key member of our Analyst Hub within our global Research Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of high-quality research reports and broader content and providing technical and publication support to our analysts. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


What will you be doing at Evalueserve?

· Research Authoring and Distribution: Provide comprehensive support to research analysts throughout the entire research publishing lifecycle, from drafting and analysis to publication and distribution via website, email, and content distribution platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, CapIQ).

· Technical Support: Troubleshoot and help resolve analyst issues in their publication workflow and applications.

· Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Supervisory Analysts, to ensure seamless workflow and timely publication. Coordinate with analysts to provide support. Manage mailbox communications.



· Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate knowledge and process updates within the team.

What we’re doing?

  • Solutions oriented:Ability to work under pressure and find solutions to support analysts in getting their research published.
  • Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivation and Learning:Motivated to achieve organizational goals and willing to learn new skills. Contributes to the team's cross-training needs.
  • Experience:3+ years of experience within an Analyst Support team or other publishing background, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Software Proficiency:Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Being familiar with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) could be beneficial.
  • Financial Market Knowledge:A basic understanding of financial markets, including equity and fixed income, and especially Research, is not necessary, but will ease the learning curve.
