We are seeking a talentedResearch Analystwith a deep understanding of machine learning (ML) deployments, distributed systems, and scaling strategies. This role focuses on optimising large-scale ML models, particularly generative models, and enhancing their deployment infrastructure. You will work closely with research teams to improve the stability, performance, and scalability of cutting-edge ML models. Strong proficiency in PyTorch is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance codebase for high-performance machine learning deployments using PyTorch.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve test and stability pipelines for large-scale machine learning
• Optimize distributed systems for machine learning model deployment
• Implement and refine scaling strategies for large-scale generative models.

Required skills :

• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of scaling challenges and benefits for large-scale machine learning models
• Expertise in generative modeling techniques
• Experience with test automation and stability pipelines for ML systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with research teams
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Published research or significant contributions to open-source ML projects
• Experience with large distributed ML workflows.
