About the role:


We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive client solutions and revenue through account penetration with large customers. Our ideal sales professional is independent, passionate, driven, curious, analytical, self-motivated, and customer-focused, and has integrity, charisma, and a strong work ethic. You would be joining a team of talented self-starters and working in an entrepreneurial environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing country and regional sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Identify and develop accounts appropriate for our solutions.
  • Successfully communicate and present our cutting-edge products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges, showing how our solutions can address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from technicians to senior leadership in these accounts.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial context.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical personnel and leadership.
  • Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and reliability programs.
  • Experience in facility / factory automation and/or IoT.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to travel across the sales region as required.
