We are seeking a highly skilledQuant Analyst to join the London team. The ideal candidate willbring a wealth of experience in quantitative analysis, a deepunderstanding of financial markets, and a passion for leveragingdata to drive trading strategies. This role involves closecollaboration with various teams to develop and optimise tradingmodels and strategies.

Here'swhat you'll be doing:

  • Developing,implementing, and maintaining quantitative models for tradingstrategies.
  • Conducting rigorous data analysisto identify market opportunities andrisks.
  • Collaborating with traders and otheranalysts to enhance tradingalgorithms.
  • Utilising statistical and machinelearning techniques to analyse large datasets.
  • Continuously monitoring and improvingmodel performance.
  • Communicating findings andrecommendations tostakeholders.

Here are theskills you'll need:

  • Strongbackground in quantitative analysis, finance, mathematics, or arelated field.
  • Track record of 6-18 months ofreal-world trading experience.
  • Proficiency inprogramming languages such as Python, R, orMATLAB.
  • Experience with statistical analysis,machine learning, and datamanipulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skillsand attention to detail.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a collaborative, fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Strong communication skills topresent complex conceptsclearly.
