We're looking for a talented a Proposition Manager - Offsite Media.You will be tasked with leading the development and execution of Tesco's offsite media propositions. This pivotal role involves leveraging the latest in advertising technology, including Clean Rooms, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social Platforms, Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Connected TV (CTV), Search Providers, and more, to extend Tesco's advertising reach beyond its own digital properties. Your mission is to build and optimize offsite media campaigns that effectively engage audiences, drive sales, and enhance Tesco's brand presence across the digital ecosystem, while collaborating with product teams to integrate these offsite solutions seamlessly into the dunnhumby (dh) sphere.

Key Responsibilties

Offsite Media Proposition Development:

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive plan for offsite media deliver, leveraging a mix of advertising technologies and platforms to maximize Tesco's reach and impact across various digital channels.
  • Work closely with Clean Rooms, DSPs, social platforms, SSPs, CTV, and Search Providersto create innovative campaigns that target the right audiences with the right message at the right time.


Integration with dunnhumby Sphere:

  • Collaborate with product teamsto bring offsite media solutions into the dunnhumby sphere, ensuring a seamless connection between Tesco's offsite advertising efforts and dh's customer data insights platform.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-makingby leveraging dh's analytics and insights to inform offsite media delivery and execution.


Cross-Platform Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize offsite media campaignsacross multiple platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding that aligns with Tesco's overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partnersto ensure seamless integration and execution of offsite media strategies.


Data-Driven Optimization and Innovation:

  • Leverage advanced analytics and data insightsto inform strategy and optimize campaign performance, ensuring high ROI on offsite media investments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance Tesco's offsite media presence and effectiveness.


Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Cultivate strategic relationshipswith key technology providers and platforms, ensuring access to the latest tools and features for offsite media campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholdersacross Product, Technology, and Marketing departments to align offsite media strategies with Tesco's broader business goals.
  • Go to marketaccountable for delivery of end to end solution from alpha, beta and launch.


Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Establish clear KPIs and metricsto measure the success of offsite media campaigns, conducting regular analyses to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive reportsto senior management, highlighting campaign results, insights gained, and recommendations for future offsite media strategies.


What we expect from you

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in managing offsite media campaigns, with a deep understanding of advertising technologies such as DSPs, SSPs, Clean Rooms, CTV, and social media platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of current digital marketing trends, advertising technology, and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving innovation and performance in offsite media strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
