Responsibilities:

1、Connect with overseas energy storage customers, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities;

2、Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side;

3、Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;

4、Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement;

5、Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;

6、Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;

7、Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.


Requirements:

1、At least 3 years of experience for PM;

2、Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery;

3、Good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing;

4、Oversea working experience is prior consideration;

5、Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment.
