About the role
I am accountable for evolving and driving the product vision & strategy for the Cyber Data Platform, partnering with the wider Cybersecurity and Technology Organisations to understand their use cases and ensure that the platform capabilities meet the needs of those use cases. I will work with the my team to use and deliver data engineering, machine learning and generative ai solutions which empower Tesco's Cybersecurity abilities. I will understand cloud architectures, particularly as they relate to serving high-throughput data products. I will be writing user stories, crafting backlogs, setting priorities and ensuring value delivery. As an ambassador for the customer and well-informed by data I will drive discovery and partner with the engineering teams to deliver.

You will be responsible for
Product Roadmap:Will evolve and drive the product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap for the Cyber Data Platform and its capabilities
Stakeholder Engagement:Will proactively partner with peers and senior stakeholders across the Cyber Data Team and wider Cybersecurity org to set the strategic of my product as part of the wider business and cybersecurity strategies
User Research:Understand key user personas, customers & stakeholders for the Cyber Data Platform and their pain points. Identify existing difficulties in alternative solutions and engage with meeting and mitigating those in your own product.
OKRs:I am accountable for the performance & adoption of the Cyber Data Platform (CDP), setting platform capability Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs), meeting and supervising these, and laddering them into the higher CDP OKRs.
Product Development &Technical Communication:Leading the regular cadence of cyber data product development. Detail and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories with acceptance criteria and help the team in breaking down work into smaller chunks of value that can be delivered faster.
Value Delivery:Steer sprint planning sessions by working with the engineering counterparts to plan sprints that deliver maximum business value in least effort

You will need
Experience in product management, including contributing to product strategies, crafting and owning roadmaps and ensuring product development cycles achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, including managers, directors, heads and multi-functional teams to understand requirements, validate ideas, and drive alignment.
Proficiency in understanding the interaction between large technology systems and monitoring health metrics such as uptime, SLOs, response time
Ability to analyse data to inform product decisions, track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Good understanding of data and analytics technologies, methodologies and standard processes
Ability to translate user and stakeholder requirements into technical requirements, and to take technically complex topics and communicate them in accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
