Must Haves:

• Seeking to hire a Product Managerwho will be driving the development and implementation of AI/MLsolutions for H&H projects leveraging Snowflakes data platform.
• This role involves working closely with theProduct Owners Stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to ensure thedelivery of highquality products that meet users needs and businessobjectives.
• The ideal candidate needs to havea strong Product Management background with a focus on ArtificialIntelligence & Machine Learning. Also looking for them to haveexperience working with Snowflake (data platform) along withexperience working within Healthcare (particularly working withHealthcare/Clinical Data).
• Needs to be eithera US Citizen or GC. Will be working remotely so no need to belocal.

Description:

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy andPlanning:
Work with crossfunctional stakeholders todefine product vision strategy and roadmap
Conductcustomer needs assessment business process reviews andcurrent/future state gap analysis to create business requirementsfor analytics solutions
Develop and prioritize productfeatures and requirements based on user needs business goals andtechnical feasibility
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders including healthcare professionalsdata scientists and IT teams to gather requirements andfeedback.
Communicate product vision strategy andprogress to stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals andexpectations.
Project Management:
Manage theproduct backlog plan sprints and track progress driving executionwith the technical and business delivery team
Coordinatecrossfunctional teams including developers data engineers and QA toensure seamless execution and delivery.
Ensure timelydelivery of product milestones and adherence to projecttimelines.
Product Development:
Oversee thedevelopment and implementation of AI/ML solutions ensuring theymeet quality and performance standards and userexpectations.
Develop and maintain detailed productdocumentation including user stories use cases and acceptancecriteria.
User Experience and Design:
Workwith UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendlyinterfaces for Streamlit applications.
Ensure that theproduct delivers a seamless and engaging userexperience.
Performance Monitoring andImprovement:
Monitor product performance using metricsand analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Gatheruser feedback and conduct usability testing to continuously enhancethe product.
Propose and implement enhancements toexisting products based on datadriven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is aplus.

Experience
Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in product management with a focus on AI/ML or dataanalytics projects.
Proven experience working withhealthcare data including Epic EMR is highly desirable.
Strong background in developing and managing products from conceptto launch.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and theirapplication in healthcare.
