Scope of Role

The Product Manager AI role is open to remote or Hybrid (London Tech Hub), reporting into the Chief Product Officer. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-powered products and solutions. We ask that you have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, market trends, and customer needs to drive innovation and product excellence.

You will have experience in AI product development, working with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to bring AI-driven solutions to market.

As a Product Manager AI, you will:

Define and lead the AI product roadmap, aligning with Business OKRs and market needs.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI/ML technologies to create scalable and customer-centric solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new AI technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Product Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to build and launch AI-powered products.
  • Define and prioritise AI-driven features, ensuring they are impactful, technically possible, and aligned with our goals.
  • Work with teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into product workflows.
  • Establish clear KPI and success metrics to track AI product performance and lead continuous improvement.
  • Develop GTM strategies for AI products, including positioning, messaging, and customer adoption plans.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to lead AI product adoption.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, iterating on AI-driven features to enhance user experience and growth.

Data & AI Governance

  • Ensure ethical, responsible, and bias-free AI implementation, following compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to manage AI-related risks and data privacy considerations.

You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML-focused products.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, including NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI (GPT, BERT, LLMs).
  • Experience working with AI/ML engineering teams and a solid grasp of model development, training, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI-powered analytics.
  • Experience defining and executing product roadmaps, from idea to launch and scale.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in A/B testing, user behaviour analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into value for stakeholders.
