ProductManager

Join Rovco/Vaarst as aProduct Manager where you will play a pivotal role in shapinginternal products that streamline our operations and enhancebusiness value. Reporting to the Head of Product you will take aholistic view of the lifecycle of your products and impact on otherproduct team goals. Your role will support delivery teams act asthe voice of the customer and prioritize product functionality.

This role will include Product Management of thefollowing technical scope: Computer Vision SLAM Embedded SoftwareMachine Learning Mechanical and ElectricalSystems.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

Rovco/Vaarst is anexciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to changeas we grow. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities willinclude:

  • Ownthe lifecycle of internal products ensuring they solve businessproblems and add value.
  • Deeply understandcustomer and user needs using data and analytics to inform productdecisions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including data analysts data engineers and softwareengineers.
  • Maintain and prioritize productroadmaps and backlogs.
  • Act as the voice of thecustomer within delivery teams.
  • Supportdelivery teams by prioritizing required productfunctionality.
  • Conduct advanced analyses ofproduct and user behaviour to measure the impact of featurereleases and identify highimpactopportunities.

  • Provenexperience as a Product Manager particularly with dataproducts.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with a datadrivenmindset.
  • Strong communication and leadershipabilities to inspire and influence crossfunctionalteams.
  • A proven track record of successfullylaunching and delivering complex technicalproducts.
  • A passion for continuous productdiscovery.
  • The ability to conduct advancedanalyses of product and userbehaviour.
  • Experience in translating technicalrequirements into actionableplans.

  • Focusing on solving customer painpoints through earlystage prototypedevelopment.
