We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us on a permanent basis.

You will work closely with the product squad to define and deliver user centric offerings that add value, forming a deep understanding of user needs and current product offerings that will allow you to write, manage and execute against requirements.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop a point of view or vision for the future of the product domain that you are responsible for which should align with both company and user goals.

- Partner closely with clients, client facing teams & your product squad to develop and maintain both Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and a roadmap to communicate the direction that your product is going to achieve the vision.

- Ensure roadmap is refined, ladders up to organizational OKRs and your domain's roadmap and is prioritized so that the team is always clear on the next problems they should work to solve.

- Organize and facilitate working sessions, such as product discovery, backlog refinement or technical discussions as needed by your team.

- Deliver high quality artifacts such as user stories, user journey flows or any other artifacts that may help to communicate the needs of the users and the business that need

- Gain and maintain a clear understanding of where the business is headed and work to understand how your squad contributes to these efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in B2B product management
  • Knowledge of the retail environment, particularly grocery
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to collaborate with all disciplines within the organization
  • Experience partnering with engineering & design teams to build software solutions
