We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with a goodblend of data analytics background, who holds solid knowledge ofMarket Mix Modeling and ROI analytics, is a quick learner, and hasstrong coding capabilities to add to our team. Responsibilities *Work on the latest applications of data science to solve businessproblems in the Marketing analytics team of the CPG space. *Effectively communicate the analytics approach and how it will meetand address objectives to business partners. * Develop clear,concise, actionable solutions and recommendations for Clientsbusiness needs. * Work with client analytics team to carry outMarket Mix Modelling / ROI analytics. * Undertake hands-on work ondata analytics, model development and testing, and preparing thedata files for visualization platforms. * Undertake businessanalysis on the data and provide insights. * Coordinate withdecision makers to translate business questions into a verifiablehypothesis and data models. * Work hands-on across variousanalytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems. *Interact with onsite team as well as client on a daily/weekly basisto gather requirements and provide updates. * Stay connected withexternal sources of ideas through conferences and communityengagements. * Support demands from regulators, investor relations,etc., to develop innovative solutions to meet objectives utilizingcutting-edge techniques and tools. Minimum Requirements * 8+ yearsof experience of working with CPG clients or in a CPG company. *Graduation or Post graduation in Statistics, Mathematics,Management, etc. * Must have worked with Marketing analytics teamsand understand Market Mix Modeling (MMM) work comprehensively. Musthave led multiple projects on MMM analytics. * Experience inpricing and promotion analytics is a plus. * Must have experiencewith Databricks. * Implemented Bayesian regression on Python.Exposure to libraries like numpy, pandas, sklearn, pymc3. *Hands-on experience in PowerPoint / Excel is a must. * Stronglogical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Adept at reportwriting and presenting findings. * Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
