These will enable you to articulatecomplex AI-driven ideas and solutions to stakeholders, gainingtheir trust and collaboration to transform your visionary conceptsinto successful, impactful solutions Responsibilities include:AI-Driven Innovation and Presales POCs: Collaborate with other TechCOE members to develop AI-enhanced Proof of Concepts (POCs) thatsupport innovation and presales functions, leveraging machinelearning and advanced analytics. Intelligent Product Architecture:Architect, design, and support the product architecture for theAccel API platform, integrating AI algorithms and predictive modelsto enhance performance and scalability. Lead the Tech COE functionand foster collaboration among members to drive AI adoption.AI-Infused Solutions Architecture: Work with business stakeholdersand other parties to develop solution architectures for variousprojects, incorporating AI and machine learning to optimizebusiness processes and decision-making. Client Interfacing with AIInsights: Deep dive into client platforms to troubleshoot issuesand provide AI-powered guidance. Act as a trusted advisor toclients on emerging AI technologies and trends, offering strategicinsights and recommendations. Incorporating AI throughout theseresponsibilities ensures innovative solutions, optimizedarchitectures, and data-driven decision-making for both internalteams and clients. Provide consultative guidance and expertise toclients and internal stakeholders on AI and digital solutionstrategies. Required Skills: Overall 12-15 years of experience insoftware development, with at least 7 years as a SolutionsArchitect or Principal Architect. Solid experience in buildingbackend solutions utilizing cloud technologies, particularlyPython, AWS, and full-stack development. Deep developmentexperience coding in Python with some exposure to PHP and Java.Must have Python backend development experience (Python Django,Flask). Proven expertise in deploying AI models and services onAWS, including ECR, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL, Redshift, and AWSLambda. Experience in developing web applications and integratingmobile application technologies. Proven experience in designing andimplementing microservices and REST APIs. Expertise in RDBMS (e.g.,MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g.,Couchbase, DynamoDB). Expertknowledge in MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django). Deepunderstanding of agile principles and methodologies. Experience inAI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch,scikit-learn). Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, featureengineering, and model evaluation. Proficiency in deploying AI/MLmodels in a cloud environment (preferably AWS). Knowledge ofAI-driven analytics and data visualization tools. Understanding ofNLP, computer vision, or other AI subfields is a plus. Excellentcommunication skills, personable demeanor, and leadershipqualities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach toaddressing challenges.
