Pricing Analyst - Commercial Lines, Python, SQL, Azure Databricks

The new Pricing Analyst requirement is a reflection of the team's success & continued growth across commercial lines of business. They are looking for a background in statistics, data science or actuarial science, along with a strong competency in both Python & SQL.
This role is a perfect next step for an analytical thinker, who is keen to work in an innovative division within a successful business. You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple business units, surrounded by industry experts within your immediate team.
Responsibilities
Research & propose new pricing techniques Explore & develop new rating engines, factors & tools New product development in close collaboration with underwriters Work closely with Data Engineer & Scientists within the team on workflow automation Leverage wider team's data & analytics capabilities to drive new solutionsRequirements
Experience in Commercial lines pricing Strong ability in Python & SQL including analysis in Notebooks Desire for continuous learning on new technologies & modelling techniques Team-player mentality with extensive collaboration Ability to communicate technical practices to non-technical colleagues & stakeholdersPricing Analyst - Commercial Lines, Python, SQL, Azure Databricks
