We are looking for a pricing practitioner, with experience in the UK  and French general insurance markets mainly in personal lines commercial lines experience is considered a plus, to join Willis Towers Watson ICT Consulting as a consultant in our general insurance pricing practice to help us develop our  pricing advisory capability in UK and support our Paris office. You will work beside some of the market’s top thought members designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to pricing and underwriting challenges faced by the world’s top general insurers and intermediaries.In your role you will be helping our broad set of pricing clients by:Delivering best in class pricing and underwriting capability reviewsHelping to build effective pricing models, tools and processes using a wide range of  data science techniquesDesigning and building sophisticated MI and portfolio management capabilitiesLeveraging your market knowledge in developing cutting edge pricing solutions in collaboration with various teams from across Willis Towers WatsonResponsibilities:To build a market profile as a representative and advocate of Willis Towers Watson pricing consulting services and technology solutionsManage substantial work streams in large projects, with responsibility for communication with clients and the day-to-day running of projectsWork collaboratively on a range of projects / internal responsibilities and manage priorities appropriatelyDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of client workBe involved in a variety of work to ensure a broad skill set (technical, management and client) is maintained and developedInterface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issuescontribute to the development of the company’s intellectual capital including plans for taking this to marketDevelop and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the economic value of the company’s offeringsBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsServe as line manager or mentor to more junior associatesPlease note this role can be based in either Reigate or London, and will require flexibility from the successful candidate to travel between these locations as well as to Paris if  necessary.The Requirements Either mother tongue or Fluent in French.Pricing experience in a UK and \ or French general insurance firm (personal or commercial lines) – either with experience across multiple lines of business or a deep expertise in a particular lineAn advocate for the development of analytical approaches and the adoption of new techniques, including data science, machine learning and AISolid experience with data manipulation packages (SAS, SQL, WPS, etc.)Experience of Python is desirableStrong interpersonal and team skillsExcellent project management skillsThe ability to see the "big picture”, leveraging the resources of related practices to address clients’ business challengesAvailability to travel on an as needed basis, domestically and internationallyEqual Opportunity EmployerAt WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
