Role Overview 

As Pharma Ops Co-ordinator you will be a vital member of our industry-leading Orders team, where we service retail and wholesale channels across the UK. Team Orders is responsible for core functions such as Procurement, Distribution, System Management and Customer Experience; we operate in a fast-paced environment where we service orders daily, answer customer queries and navigate the complexities of distributing unlicensed Schedule 2 controlled drugs. 


You will provide support for the wider team and be our telescope, spotting where we need to bolt on improvements and address risks - all whilst remembering our key mantra "Compliance Is Our Competitiveness"! 

Working under the guidance of the Pharma Ops Lead in a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an individual with a sense of purpose – something that will help manage the uniquities of working in a startup environment in the novel setting of medical cannabis.

What you’ll do: 


  • Assist in processing pharmaceutical orders from retail and wholesale customers via email and procuring stock from domestic and international suppliers 
  • Support the various systems in place (e.g. inventory management, order processing) to manage the business, helping to further develop them as we grow 
  • Work alongside Team Quality to help drive pharmaceutical compliance throughout the Orders System and QMS, following Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles 
  • Play a leading role in managing our wonderful customer base and assist in building processes to be the very best for them (and their patients!) 
  • Provide administrative support for the wider Operations Team 
  • Perform basic data analysis 


What you’ll bring: 

  • 1-3 years working experience, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths 
  • Familiarity with operational processes and metrics (e.g. inventory management, logistics, lead times) 
  • Ability to self-direct and meet daily ordering cutoff times 
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting and engage with external partners 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power BI) 
  • Highly regarded bonus: medical cannabis passion, wholesale distribution experience, experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g. startups, novel industries)

Preferred Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics/Math/Data Science or equivalent field is preferred, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths


Working Conditions 

  • 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday - Office-based (East London)
