As our business expands, we are looking for a talented Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment process, possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with key stakeholders and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.


With BGI's continued growth, this role offers the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Dubai-based recruitment business, focusing on permanent placements within this sector. This position also includes the potential for frequent travel to Dubai, providing valuable international exposure and networking opportunities


Key Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions within construction
  • Utilise existing networks and develop new relationships to expand client and candidate databases.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the insurance specialist market.
  • Actively contribute to team targets and objectives, while also demonstrating individual initiative and drive.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term client and candidate connections.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle
